Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, 2 c. pkg. stuffing mix and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook spinach according to package directions.

Drain well. Combine all ingredients.

Mix well.

Roll into balls the size of walnuts.

Freeze.

(I freeze on cookie sheet, then place in bags in freezer.)

While still frozen, place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes or longer.

Makes 60 to 70.
