Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked according to pkg. directions, 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, 1 large onion, finely chopped, 6 eggs, well beaten and 3/4 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain spinach well; squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Combine spinach with remaining ingredients.
Shape into 3/4-inch balls; place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
(These can be made ahead and frozen, then baked.)
They taste like sausage.
Bake at 325Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
