Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 2 c. herb stuffing mix, 1 (5 oz.) parmesan cheese, 1 stick butter and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Thaw spinach; squeeze dry in a large bowl.
Crush the stuffing mix with the cheese.
Melt the butter and finely chop the onions.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Cover and refrigerate or freeze until ready to bake.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Makes about 70 balls.
