Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 bag pepperidge farm herb stuffing (7 oz.), 2 medium onions, chopped fine, 1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook spinach as on package; drain and press out all the water. Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
Let stand 20 to 30 minutes.
Roll into balls with wet hands.
Place on cookie sheets and freeze until hard, then store in bags.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
