Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, 1 box stove top herbs and spices stuffing (inc. seasoning pkg.), 1 c. parmesan cheese, 6 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook and drain spinach, pressing out as much liquid as possible.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Roll into balls.
Place in container with wax paper between layers. Freeze.
When ready to use, place frozen balls on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
