Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 c. pepperidge farm stuffing (not cubed), 1/2 c. parmesan cheese and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook spinach and drain well.
Mix all ingredients and chill.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Freeze on tray and store in container or freezer bag.
When needed, thaw and bake 15 minutes in 350Β° oven or until lightly brown.
