Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, 1 large onion, chopped fine, 6 eggs, well beaten and 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine (1 1/2 sticks), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well in strainer.
Squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Combine rest of the ingredients with spinach.
Shape into balls.
Can be baked now or frozen.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 6 dozen.
