Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 large onion, chopped fine, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 2 c. bread crumbs (pepperidge farm herb seasoning stuffing is best) and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook spinach and drain well.
A little at a time through colander to remove as much water as possible.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Roll in 3/4 to 1-inch balls. Freeze.
Thaw and bake
20 minutes at 350Β°.
(It is important that the balls be frozen.) Yields 75.
