Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, 2 c. herb bread stuffing mix, 2 onions, chopped fine, 6 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook and drain spinach (squeeze out water). Mix in other ingredients. Make into balls (may be frozen - then bagged and taken out and baked as desired. Thaw 1 hour before baking). Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Makes approximately 70 balls.
