Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach or frozen, chopped, 1 tbsp. dry minced onions, 2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese and 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook spinach and onion.
Drain well.
In a bowl mix spinach and onion, bread crumbs and cheese.
Stir in eggs and margarine. Shape into 1-inch balls, then place on lightly greased cookie sheet (can be frozen at this time for later use).
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Watch to make sure they don't burn.
