Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, 1 large onion, finely chopped, 6 well beaten eggs and 3/4 c. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook spinach by directions; drain well and squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Combine spinach and remaining ingredients; mix well.
Shape spinach mixture into 3/4-inch balls and place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 80 balls.
