Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, 3 c. pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing mix, 1 onion, finely chopped, 6 eggs, well beaten and 1/2 c. parmesan, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook spinach; drain well.
Squeeze to remove water (very important).
Combine spinach with remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3/4 to 1-inch balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 10 dozen.
