Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained, 2 c. packages stuffing mix, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 6 eggs, well beaten and 3/4 c. soft butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients together; mold into small balls and freeze.
To cook, place frozen balls on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes at 350Β°. Do not crowd cookie sheet, it will lengthen cooking time.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
