Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 2 c. pepperidge farm dressing crumbs, 1 onion, chopped fine, 6 beaten eggs and 1/2 tsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook spinach as directed on package.
Drain the spinach and dry it by pressing it against the sides of a colander with a paper towel.
Mix all ingredients.
Shape into small balls (about 1-inch).
Freeze on cookie sheets until firm, then bag for storage.
