Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, 1 large onion, finely chopped, 6 eggs, well beaten and 3/4 c. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Combine spinach and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Shape mixture into 3/4-inch balls; place on lightly greased cookie sheets.

Makes about 10 dozen.
