Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 2 large onions, chopped, 3/4 c. butter, 2 c. cornbread stuffing mix and 5 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook and drain spinach.
Saute onions in butter until transparent.
Add stuffing mix and all other ingredients.
Drop on cookie sheet in walnut size balls.
Freeze.
Transfer to plastic bag when frozen and return to freezer.
Bake as needed at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
