Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked and drained dry, 1 small bag pepperidge farm herb stuffing, 2 large onions, finely chopped, 6 beaten eggs and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together and shape into small balls.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Cook and freeze until solid. Put in bags in freezer.
Defrost before serving.
Makes 100 small balls.
(Can be enjoyed fresh from oven, too.)
