Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry, 2 c. herb stuffing mix, 1 large onion, grated and 1 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Roll into walnut size balls.
Transfer to baking sheet.
Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
Spinach balls can be partially baked for 10 minutes, cooled and frozen.
Reheat thawed balls in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes before serving hot.
Makes about 6 dozen.
