Spicy Rice
Spicy Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. rice, 2 cans ro-tel tomatoes (with chilies), 1/2 c. butter, 4 c. chicken broth and 4 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak rice in hot water for 15 minutes.
Rinse in colander and let drain.
Saute rice in butter until golden.
PurΓ©e tomatoes, onions and garlic in blender with chicken stock.
Combine all ingredients.
