Spicy Pasta Pie
Spicy Pasta Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. broken vermicelli, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 can tomatoes, cut up, 1 1/2 tbsp. italian seasoning and nonstick spray coating, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook vermicelli according to package.
Drain well; set aside. Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook turkey sausage, onion and garlic until sausage is no longer pink and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning and crushed pepper.
Spray a casserole dish with nonstick coating.
Place half of the cooked vermicelli in the bottom of the dish.
Top with half of the sausage mixture and half of the Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers.
Cover the dish loosely with foil.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
