Spicy Pasta
Spicy Pasta is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, celery and garlic in a 12-inch skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender; drain.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Stir in pasta; heat through.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
