Spicy Lasagna
Spicy Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 (10 oz.) can ro-tel tomatoes and green chilies, chopped, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef and drain.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and green chilies, sugar, salt and basil.
Cover and cook 20 minutes.
Cook noodles and drain.
Line bottom of greased, shallow 2-quart casserole with 1/3 of the noodles.
Mix chives with sour cream and Ricotta cheese.
Spread 1/3 of the mixture over the noodles. Cover with meat sauce.
Repeat layers twice.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
