Spicy Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans shoe peg corn, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 stick butter or margarine, 3 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped and 1/4 to 1/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In skillet over low heat, melt cream cheese and butter with milk until soft and creamy.
Remove from heat.
Add drained corn and jalapeños.
Mix thoroughly and put in baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
