Spicy Chicken Spaghetti
Spicy Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 lb. hen, 1 1/2 pkg. spaghetti, 2 green peppers, 2 large onions and 1 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cover and cook 5 to 6 pound hen until tender; remove and debone.
Cook spaghetti in broth; may need to add water and do not drain.
Saute peppers and onions in butter for 45 minutes on low heat.
Add this to spaghetti; add peas, also juice from peas.
Add chopped chicken and Ro-Tel.
Add cheese in hunks; place in greased casserole dish.
Place in hot oven about 350Β°; cover until cheese melts.
