Spicy Catfish
Spicy Catfish is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. mustard, 1 lb. catfish fillets, cajun seasoning and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Pour mustard into a large mixing bowl.
Add fish; turn to coat.
Remove fish from mustard and place on a pan.
Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and paprika.
Spray grill with nonstick vegetable spray.
Place fish directly on grill or use fish basket.
Turn once.
Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, approximately 12 minutes.
Cook over medium coals.
