Spicy Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 large, fresh carrots, cut in julienne strips, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, cut in pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place carrots, sugar, salt and cinnamon in 1-quart casserole. Toss to combine.
Dot with butter.
Cover tightly.
