Spicy Bread Round
Spicy Bread Round is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. salsa, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 round loaf pumpernickel or sourdough with the top sliced off and reserved and the loaf hollowed out, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Mix all ingredients except bread. Place mixture in bread and replace lid.
Wrap in foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve warm with sliced, raw vegetables and toasted bread chunks.
Good with red, green and yellow bell peppers.
