Spiced Sugared Nuts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. water, 1 tsp. mixed spices and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together in saucepan all ingredients.
Bring to boil and cook without stirring to 236Β° on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and add 1 quart shelled nut halves (pecans or walnuts).
Mix until all nuts are coated.
Turn out on waxed paper and separate the nut halves from mixture while still hot.
Let stand until cold.
