Spiced Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pecan halves, 1 egg, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat well egg white and 1 tablespoon water.
Add nuts and coat well.
Put sugar, cinnamon and salt into plastic bag.
Add nuts and coat well.
Lightly oil jelly roll pan and spread nuts in pan. Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Separate pecans and store in airtight container.
