Spiced Pecans
Spiced Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. pecan halves, 1 egg white, 2 tbsp. water, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. each: ground cloves, cinnamon, allspice and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients, except pecans, and let stand for 15 minutes to dissolve sugar.
Add pecan halves and fold through mixture.
When well coated, remove with slotted spoon and place in a single layer on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 225Β° for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and cool on cookie sheet.
Store in a tightly covered tin.
