Spiced Pecans
Spiced Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. light brown sugar, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon, 1/2-inch stick whole cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. powdered cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix dry ingredients; add water.
Boil until a few drops of syrup harden as soon as dropped in a little ice water.
Remove from fire and add nuts.
Stir fast until mixture begins to sugar. Try to coat all nuts evenly.
Pour out on waxed paper and break apart.
Discard cinnamon stick.
