Spiced Pecans
Spiced Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, slightly beaten, 2 tbsp. cold water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg white with water.
Add sugar, salt, cinnamon and allspice.
Mix well.
Stir a few pecans at a time into the mixture, until all nuts are coated.
Spread nuts in a single layer on greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 250Β° oven for about 45 minutes or until golden.
(Clean and grease baking sheets between batches.)
Let cool.
Break apart, if necessary.
Store cool nuts in an airtight container or plastic bag.
