Spiced Pecans
Spiced Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 1 lb. pecan halves, 1/3 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cold water and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated.
Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Add nuts and coat thoroughly.
Place on buttered jelly roll pan or cookie sheet (I use Pam first).
Bake at 225Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Yields 1 pound.
Good for munching anytime.
