Spiced Nuts
Spiced Nuts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 2 (12 oz.) cans salted mixed nuts, 1 tbsp. homemade pumpkin pie spice (see below), 1 tsp. water and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a mixing bowl, beat egg white until frothy.
Beat until soft peaks form.
Stir in nuts; toss to coat.
Combine sugar and spice.
Stir into nut mixture.
Spread nuts evenly onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally; cool on waxed paper.
