Spiced Cider
Spiced Cider is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 gal. cider, 12 oz. brown sugar, 10 tbsp. whole cloves, few grains cayenne and 2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Tie spices loosely in a cheesecloth bag.
Add sugar and spice bag to cider in large kettle.
Bring slowly to a boil.
Cook about 15 minutes, then remove spices.
Serve hot or chilled.
A few slices of orange in punch bowl are very attractive.
