Spiced Carrots
Spiced Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, 1 medium sweet pepper, sliced, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. mustard and 1 can condensed campbell's tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut carrots in about 1/2 inch rounds.
Cook until tender. Drain and mix with other ingredients and let stand in refrigerator for 8 hours.
Warm before serving.
