Spice Cupcakes
Spice Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raisins, 2 c. water, 1/2 c. shortening, spry, crisco or butter, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook raisins and water 20 minutes.
Should have 1 cup liquid left.
Let cool.
Cream butter, sugar and egg.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with raisins, liquid and 1/2 cup walnut meats.
