In bowl, blend together first 5 ingredients on low speed; then beat on high for 5 minutes.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes, or until brown.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
