Spice Cake
Spice Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raisins, 1 c. boiling water, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix raisins, water and cinnamon.
Boil 5 minutes.
Cool and add sugar, Crisco, molasses, vanilla, flour, baking powder and soda.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Frost with Quick Butterscotch Frosting.
