Speedy Quiche is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. spam, cubed, 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped, 1 c. jack cheese, shredded, 1 c. biscuit mix and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large frypan, fry onion in butter; add ham, mushrooms and beaten eggs.
Scramble until soft set.
Then pour in cheese sauce; put in sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.
