1 1/2 cups flour, salt, sugar, sour cream and milk in mixer medium speed until blended.

Dissolve yeast in warm water and add it along with the melted margarine to the flour mixture; beat until smooth.

Remove from mixer and beat with spoon, gradually adding the remaining flour.

If dough is too sticky handle, add a little more flour and knead for several minutes.

Dough in a large pan in a warm place and let rise until doubled in size.
