Special Potatoes
Special Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large potatoes, 1/2 pt. whipping cream, salt and pepper and butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil potatoes in skins.
Chill thoroughly.
Peel and grate coarsely.
Spread in baking dish, season to taste and dot with butter.
Pour whipping cream over.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes until brown around edges.
Can be doubled or tripled. Also, onions or cheese can be added.
