Special Potatoes

Boil potatoes in skins.
Chill thoroughly.
Peel and grate coarsely.
Spread in baking dish, season to taste and dot with butter.
Pour whipping cream over.
Bake at 350ยฐ for 30 to 45 minutes until brown around edges.
Can be doubled or tripled. Also, onions or cheese can be added.
