Special Meat Loaf
Special Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, lightly beaten, 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/2 c. milk and 3 tbsp. heinz 57 sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine.
Shape the mixture into a loaf about 8 x 4 x 1 1/2-inch and place in a lightly greased shallow baking pan. Brush top with additional Heinz, if desired, and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Allow meat loaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
