Special K Delights is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. special k cereal (may substitute rice krispies), 2/3 c. peanut butter (plain or crunchy) and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt butterscotch morsels over low heat.
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and Special K.
Stir until cereal is completely covered.
Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper and let cool.
