Special K Bars
Special K Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. corn syrup, 1 c. peanut butter, 2 tsp. vanilla and 8 c. special k (cereal), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat sugar and syrup until they boil.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla; mix well.
Pour in cereal and stir.
Press into 9 x 12-inch pan.
Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips.
Spread on top.
