Special Chicken Salad
Special Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. mayonnaise, 1/3 c. french dressing, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 tsp. pepper and 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, mixing well. Combine chicken, celery, orange sections or pineapple and walnuts into a bowl.
Stir in mayonnaise mixture.
Then add rice and mix lightly with fork.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Serve on crisp lettuce.
Make about 6 cups or 4 to 6 servings luncheon on entrΓ©e salad.
