Special Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 half chicken breasts (skinless and boneless), 4 slices bacon, 1/4 lb. dried beef, 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wrap bacon around each breast.
Place breasts on bed of dried beef in greased baking dish.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Pour over chicken. Cover and bake 2 hours at 250Β°.
The last 15 minutes, sprinkle with a little paprika. Serves 4.
