Special Cheese Cake
Special Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 pt. sour cream and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Soften margarine and blend with graham cracker crumbs. Spread evenly bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan. Blend remaining ingredients, one at a time and mix well.
Pour into spring pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes.
Leave oven door closed for 1 hour to let set and cool.
Next open and cool, 30 minutes more.
