Special Banana Pudding
Special Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 4 eggs, separated, 1 can evaporated milk (large) and 1 1/2 c. sweet milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix about 1/2 can milk with sugar and flour.
Then mix in egg yolks, then add the other 1/2 can milk.
Put in sweet milk and stir well.
Add vanilla.
Put all in double boiler.
Stir until thick.
